Threadeo Depo Viewer is available at no cost with every downloadable load files package. Just look for it in the email you received. If you're with a law firm, ask your court reporting firm to give you access to it. You can also email us at support@threadeo.com to request access.
I'm happy with the existing load files package (MDB, CMS, etc.). Does this change anything?
Absolutely not! The Threadeo Depo Viewer package (i.e., Threadeo Depo Viewer + specific files for a particular sync job) is offered as an entirely separate, self-contained package with its own download link. If you and your clients are happy with the existing workflow, you do not have to change a thing. You will simply notice that there will be an additional link in the load files email and in your export menu from where you can download the Threadeo Depo Viewer package.
